Ms. Martin serves as Village Ventures' Managing Director for the Midwest. She is responsible for developing and working with new funds in the region. Prior to joining Village Ventures, Ms. Martin was Acting Chief Executive Officer at WisdomTools, Inc. Before returning to Bloomington, Ms. Martin was a General Partner at U.S. Venture Partners, a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley. She began her career at Allstate Insurance Co., where she worked in the venture capital division. Ms. Martin holds a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University and is a CFA.

Principal and Co-Founder of Hagerty, Peterson & Co., LLC, and Shareholder

Mr. Peterson is a principal and co-founder of Hagerty Peterson, one of the company's major shareholders. Prior to founding Hagerty Peterson, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Technology Services at SPS Transaction Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Company. Before joining SPS, he served as Vice President of Investment Banking with Dean Witter in Chicago, and as an attorney in the SEC Division of Enforcement. Mr. Peterson holds a Masters of Management degree from Northwestern University, a J.D. from DePaul University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Principal, Russ Roberts Ltd.

Mr. Roberts is principal for Russ Roberts Ltd. He also is a contributor to several business publications and a speaker and lecturer for industry groups and academic institutions. Russ has worked in the consulting industry since 1975, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to our firm. Some of his previous positions include: Managing Principal at Sibson & Company, Director of Organization and Marketing consulting for the Hay Group, Marketing, Human Resources, and Operations Activities at Continental Bank, (now Bank of America) in Chicago. Russ received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, focusing on marketing, organization, and human resources. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Illinois.

Principal and Founder of Isabella Capital, LLC, and Shareholder

Ms. Wyant is Managing Partner and founder of Isabella Capital. She spent 30 years in operations and marketing, split about equally between the Procter & Gamble Company and entrepreneurial ventures. At P&G, she managed over $500 million in branded business before founding and managing the company's Corporate New Ventures Group. She subsequently founded and managed Grandin Company, a family-owned investment entity. Ms. Wyant received a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Smith College.
